Realtor

In working with you as your real estate agent I commit to a singular goal – to make the buying and selling process as enjoyable as possible. You deserve clear and honest communication, design sensibility, strategic negotiation, and financial acumen.

Buying and selling real estate can be stressful, particularly in a unique environment like San Francisco. As a buyer, you commit to payments well beyond your more typical 5-year plan. As a buyer or a seller, you place trust in your agent to represent your best interest. At every turn of the process, it seems there is a new person involved with the transaction: the mortgage broker, the loan and escrow officers, the insurance agent, planning department staff, and on and on… It can be a hectic experience – but it doesn’t have to be.

As your agent, I begin by gaining a genuine understanding of your needs, priorities, and expectations. My background in urban planning and design ground my understanding of market dynamics and what makes a property “worth it.” In addition, past professional experiences at San Francisco City Hall inform my knowledge of zoning and the permitting process. Every step of the way, I aim to demystify the home buying and selling process, while working to ensure you make the decision that’s right for your future.

On a personal note, I’m proud to call this vibrant city my birthplace and home. I live in the Castro, my mother lives in South Beach, and my grandmother in Nob Hill.

I look forward to helping you make the biggest investment in your life something to look forward to!

Note: In recognition of the invaluable resources that the organization provides in seeking to end homelessness, 10% of all agent commissions in 2017 will be donated to Community Housing Partnership.
